Filming begins around 2014(Detroit=Michigan Korean Times) Kevin Shin Youth Reporter=The Michigan Film office has announced that the “man of steel” sequel will be filmed in Michigan. The film will feature Henry Cavill as Superman, one of the most recognized superheroes. Cavill was also cast for the last Man of Steel movie, which got almost $650,000,000 worldwide, making it the highest grossing superman film ever.The film also features Ben Affleck as Batman, the dark knight of DC. Affleck was recently under fire by fans, sparking many arguments in social media. Brian Cranston was also reported to be Lex Luthor, a main villain in the DC world, as Superman’s Arch enemy. Cranston has receive much acclaim and praise though his recent and soon to be ending TV series “Breaking Bad”.The movie has been approved for $35 million dollars in incentives with estimated $131 million dollar in-state spending.The film will have a release date of somewhere around 2015 in mind.
